Rig Service Tools continues its record of zero lost time incidents

Since joining the Partnerships for Injury Reduction program and earning their Certificate of Recognition in from Alberta Human Resources and Employment, Rig Service Tools has a zero lost time record.

"Our commitment to health and safety is part of our commitment to our employees and their families as much as it is a commitment to our customers," says Rig Service President Lyle Abraham who attributes the success of their health and safety program to their Green Hand Mentoring program.

“We saw the need to really create a training program with substance. That’s why we added the Job Audit component because it not only gives us a way of tracking performance, it puts the onus on the employee to really learn the practical aspects of the job.”
